Halibut has a mild, sweet taste, and white flesh that is firmer than cod. It's delicate flavour pairs well with with bolder seasonings like pesto, lemon juice and basil. Delicious baked with olive oil, butter or a sauce, or poached in a tomato sauce or broth with lemon and white wine or garlic and parsley. Approx weight 270-300g per steak. Product of Singapore.
