Barramundi, also known as Asian Sea Bass, has a mild taste, with white, flaky but firm flesh. Barramundi can be grilled, barbequed, pan fired, steamed or battered. For excellent results, barbecue and then serve with a dressing of lemon and dill butter sauce or add to a stir-fry. Approx weight 320g per fillet. Product of Singapore.
