Beautiful white Barramundi fish in a spicy Thai Lime Sauce made using fresh chilli, lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, lime sugar, salt, and water. It is prepped using the Ikejime method (a Japanese fish preparation method) which preserves the fish's flavour, tender texture and keeps it ultra-fresh.
